Uncle Henry was a farmer...

Every fall after harvest he would begin making candy for the holiday season. Family and friends would call their order in and wait with great anticipation.

And then in early December, Aunt Nellie would call to tell us Uncle Henry had finished his candy and to drop by. What a great memory picking up our order! What a great tradition!

Then one Fall, Uncle Henry became ill and he was not able to make candy. That Christmas was not the same. As his health returned, I asked him if he would teach me how to make all his wonderful candies.

Now I have the honor of making and presenting to you Uncle Henry’s Candies.
